Here's What You'll Need:
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup butter
1 cup chocolate chips
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
9 cups Crispix or Chex cereal (any flavor)
1-1/2 cups powdered sugar
a tiny helper
1. Put the peanut butter, butter and chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave for 1 minute and then stir the ingredients until they are smooth. Add in vanilla once smooth.
2. Pour cereal into a large bowl or huge ziploc bag.
3. Pour chocolate/ peanut butter mixture on top of cereal and stir/toss until all the cereal is coated.
4. Coat with powdered sugar. Toss in a plastic ziploc to make sure each piece is coated well. Enjoy!
